You can use chicken pieces or whole chicken.
For a whole chicken (about 1.5kg) use 2
heaped tablespoons (100gm) Dinkum Oriental Lemongrass Sauce.
Just baste the outside of the chicken evently
with a pastry brush and stuff the rest of the remaining Sauce into the cavity of the
chicken.
Roast the chicken in an oven at 180 C for
about 45 minutes or until fully cooked.
Alternatively, you can also use Dinkum
Oriental Satay Sauce instead.
